Way over priced for the services they offer. They advertise themselves as specialists and that with all the contacts they have to be able to solve your problems in an efficient way. With that they justify their premium rates. Having travelled with them and getting no help what so ever during trip when the promised fantastic experience turned into a nightmare I would not recommend anyone to pay these premium prices for not getting that help when you need it. I am sure that many people have had a fantastic holiday with Audley and that they are satisfied however, I suspect that these might not be customers who did encounter problems during their travel. That Audley could be so unprofessional and just saying 'we are very sympathetic but there is nothing we can do' is outrageous. Looking at other reviews, I can also see that Audley seem to not doing 'fair pricing' and somehow trying it on. Had I read these reviews earlier, I would have thought twice about booking Audley.
